The AMT VS Microphone System includes the AMT VS Clip-On condenser microphone and the AMT belt pack preamp. The VS is a ultra miniature, feather weight low profile condenser microphone specially designed for the violin, viola, and mandolin. The microphone attaches to the violin, viola, and mandolin with a clamp designed for be solid on the instrument without harming or dampening the natural sound or vibrations. The microphone provides pure tonal reproduction while being unobtrusive. The reproduction of natural sound of the instrument is the goal. Includes a hardshell Blo-mold protective case and " to XLR cable.

The AMT VS can be used with most major brand wireless belt pack transmitters and receivers. With the AMT Interface, the microphone can plug directly into the interface which then plugs directly into most major brand wireless units.

Requires phantom power.
