  • Very nice acoustic/electric bass

    I just bought this bass and I absolutely love it! The craftsmanship is good but not great, goes hand in hand with the price. Sounds great acoustic and has some real punch plugged in. When it arrived only the E string buzzed but that took 2 minutes to fix by turning the truss rod(turn left, read manual). This is a great buy if you want a bass for both practice and play, plugged or unplugged. Personally I just wanted something I could hear without sitting next to my amp, already I feel it has made me more comfortable on bass. Acoustic is the best way to practice and improve in my opinion. The only things I don't like about it is the electronics are minimal, there is nothing to minimize feedback but then again if you want a more professional acoustic/electric bass your gonna have to dish out more dough. I really like the hard shell round backing, it feels durable and sturdy, also makes it very comfortable to play. All in all I think this was a perfect buy for me and will stick around for some time to come.
