Warranty
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
On May 1st, 2009, the Mackie, TAPCO, Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg websites will be updated with the addition of warranty URLs (e.g. www.mackie.com/warranty) expressing new A Stock warranty terms. These warranty URLs will go live on May 1st, 2009. Formerly, warranty periods for these LOUD brands appeared in a variety of locations – in product manuals (for Mackie and TAPCO) and on warranty cards and hang tags (for Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg). In order to streamline and clarify this process, Mackie, TAPCO, Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg warranty periods and terms will be communicated in full on the warranty pages. Any LOUD products purchased prior to May 1st will bear with them the manufacturer’s warranty as predates the new policy. Moving through this transition, in order for customers to obtain warranty service, both the sales receipt and a physical copy of the (older) warranty statement will be required by our Service and Support departments in order to issue Service Requests, etc. If the product was purchased on or after May 1st, 2009, but a physical copy of the older warranty terms is not presented, the new warranty terms and periods will apply. Meanwhile, the products that bear with them the new warranty periods (as reflected in the box contents of each product) are being tracked by serial #, and contain new warranty content referring customers to the appropriate brand website. The information below reflects the product warranty periods that will be effective on May 1st, 2009 for the Mackie, TAPCO, Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg brands: Mackie: A 3-year, nontransferable, inclusive warranty on electronics and a 2-year, nontransferable, inclusive warranty on drivers (where applicable) apply to loudspeakers (active and passive), power amps, powered mixers, and HR studio monitors. Comments about Ampeg SVT-210AV Micro Classic Bass Cabinet:

I have one of these cabs w/ the micro head and wanted to add another cab to thicken the sound and move more air, another cab really did the trick. The micro head works great w/ the two cabs, no problems at all. Glad I finally did this and the versatility is there for home studio, recording and playing out. Plenty of power, plenty of sound to keep up w/ a full band. If you have one of these, get another cab, you won't be sorry!!

Comments about Ampeg SVT-210AV Micro Classic Bass Cabinet:

I already have the mini SVT stack, and wanted the second cabinet for possible use at jobs. Im using it at rehearsal now, the sound is pure Ampeg, big, meaty, full tone. Perfectly paired with the mi SVT head. At 26lbs, portable. Love it! It doesnt replace my 6x10 or 4x10 SVT cabinets, but does give my back a break. Highly recomended!

If you want Ampeg SVT tone, these can't be beat. Light, louder than you would think, and great looking. I'm amazed how well built they are.

      Perfect for my needs

Comments about Ampeg SVT-210AV Micro Classic Bass Cabinet:

I have been looking for a lightweight, portable cabinet for practice and medium gigs---I just found it!!! This cabinet has a fantastic tone with warm lows and crisp/clean highs... I have to say that I was extremely surprised with the response from the drivers...Very crisp, and quickly silent when necessary, but show great sustain when required... The weight is virtually non-existent at 26 pounds...This thing is awesome!!! As stated in other reviews, the Tolex could be a bit more durable, but with careful handling, it should not be an issue other than cosmetically... Pairing two of them together should take care of most gigging bassist's needs---coupling them with PA support allows you to get rid of your "fridge like" 8X10's without sacrificing tone, and classic Ampeg sound...I am very pleased with this little monster...

      WOW!!! Sounds Incredible

Comments about Ampeg SVT-210AV Micro Classic Bass Cabinet:

I have been looking for a light weight cabinet for some time. I have an Ampeg Portabass that I have been using for some time, but needed more power in a lightweight solution. I went to Guitar Center and played on this and was convinced. It has the classic sound that I have been looking for. I read about it and found that it si the exact same wood and drivers for the big SVT 810 refridgerator. So, I have decided to put two of these to make an SVT 410 out of this that is portable. These can be run in series or with two different amps. I am ordering the second. I played a show at Stevie Ray's here in the city and found that one cabinet was pretty awesome!!! It is not a small venue either. I use a GK 800RB with an American Fender Percission Bass. WOW!!! People came up to me after the show and complimented my rig and said that the whole thing sounded much more full and danceable. That is where the funk part comes in. If you want to keep the groove going and keep people movin' at your show, or if you want to crush some skulls playing some hard metal, this cabinet will do it all. I love this thing. I am ordering my second right away. The Eminance drivers they put in this thing are awesome as well. If you want your own piece of the big classic SVT 810, then this is for sure a quarter slice of that sucker. Great cabinet!!! I won't look back!!! Tried Genzbenz, Markbass and such, although good, I was looking for the classing sound and punchiness offered with Ampeg.

      Ampeg SVT210AV

      By George

Comments about Ampeg SVT-210AV Micro Classic Bass Cabinet:

there are some occasions when the rule "The bigger the box, the bigger the tone" applies. The Ampeg SVT210AV pulls off the classic Ampeg sound that has been used by professionals for the last few decades. The SVT210AV is great for the practice space and will blow you away when recorded in the mix. It is true that it wont hold up in a large gig, but what can you expect from a 2x10? You just can't beat physics. I would reccomend that you buy this in the package with the head that goes with it. Overall this little cab packs tone, looks and volume for what a bassist needs.

      Little amp big sound

      By mclaughlin

      from mount laurel new jersey

Comments about Ampeg SVT-210AV Micro Classic Bass Cabinet:

This little amp puts out alot of sound for such a small price compaired to other bulky amps that cost hundreds more. This is good for practice and smaller gigs but once you get into the larger gigs this is a little drowned out. Over all Ampeg makes great amps and the souund quality in their amps is unsurpassed by any other company.
