The Ampeg SVT410HLF Speaker Enclosure gives you plenty of volume and clean low end. Warranty
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
On May 1st, 2009, the Mackie, TAPCO, Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg websites will be updated with the addition of warranty URLs (e.g. www.mackie.com/warranty) expressing new A Stock warranty terms. These warranty URLs will go live on May 1st, 2009. Formerly, warranty periods for these LOUD brands appeared in a variety of locations – in product manuals (for Mackie and TAPCO) and on warranty cards and hang tags (for Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg). In order to streamline and clarify this process, Mackie, TAPCO, Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg warranty periods and terms will be communicated in full on the warranty pages. Any LOUD products purchased prior to May 1st will bear with them the manufacturer’s warranty as predates the new policy. Moving through this transition, in order for customers to obtain warranty service, both the sales receipt and a physical copy of the (older) warranty statement will be required by our Service and Support departments in order to issue Service Requests, etc. If the product was purchased on or after May 1st, 2009, but a physical copy of the older warranty terms is not presented, the new warranty terms and periods will apply. Meanwhile, the products that bear with them the new warranty periods (as reflected in the box contents of each product) are being tracked by serial #, and contain new warranty content referring customers to the appropriate brand website. The information below reflects the product warranty periods that will be effective on May 1st, 2009 for the Mackie, TAPCO, Crate, Blackheart and Ampeg brands: Mackie: A 3-year, nontransferable, inclusive warranty on electronics and a 2-year, nontransferable, inclusive warranty on drivers (where applicable) apply to loudspeakers (active and passive), power amps, powered mixers, and HR studio monitors. My First

Comments about Ampeg B2RE/SVT-410HLF Bass Half Stack Pack:

I have been playing bass guitar for many many moons...played thru Sun 250 Tube head w/2x15 cabinet back n the Day...Fenders as well...for some reason i continued to resist that soulful deep sweet sound the Ampeg has to offer. Heck I even last year 2009 purchased the Groove Tube Kustom 310 for the rock band i was in. But earlier this year - Feb 2010 - I gave in and purchased this package...ahhhhhh....was at HOME instantly. I play a 5 string Fender Mex Jazz model and this set up makes it seem like I'm playing an American Jazz model. Only thing I added to this gear was a Phonic A6500 Optimizer/Dynamic Compressor Unit to get a little more punch on the bottom and at same time clean the high end up so it wasnt so bright. I play all types of genre of music and the variety of hard/classic/soul/blues music the current project I am envolved with plays I couldnt be more pleased, satisfied or gratified at the sound this rig provides me....answers every beck and call as I need. If you have doubts as to the direction to go with your sound as a bassplayer....Ampeg is definately the best direction to provide you with the truest sound you could want and this rig will come through for you on any stage setting you find yourself in. (Something for you guys/gals to consider to get your cab sound in the mix - mic the cab! !) Best Value and Investment you could make

Comfortably Numb

By Glenn

from Pulaski, Tn

Comments about Ampeg B2RE/SVT-410HLF Bass Half Stack Pack:

I purchased this half stack combo two years ago. After a few months of feeling that my Geddy Lee Fender Jazz had more to give than the lightweight combo i was using could deliver;I was right. I truely gave the competition a look as well. I listened to Mark, Gallen, and some of the other popular options, and they were very good, but i kept coming back to Ampeg and this setup in particular. I love the cabinet with ports for extended low frequency, down to 28Hz. The horn adds sweet tone. The towel bar and wheels are great for moving the cabinet around. The 450watt head has more than enough power to drive that great Ampeg sound. It has enough controls to satify your ears with a turned up ground shaking punch or and turned down smooth groove. There is nothing like that warm, Comfortably Numb feeling you get when you hit that first note and you know this is the way it should be. The Thrill is not gone, it's right here. I found my way home to Ampeg. Listen for yourself, you won't be sorry.

Comments about Ampeg B2RE/SVT-410HLF Bass Half Stack Pack:

i am very pleased with this cabinet, the low end is amazing(i knocked the pictures off of my friends wall, on half volume) i love this thing i also like to play a lot of melodic metal stuff...distortion, wah, etc. This amp handles it very well. I was surprised on how well it was able to transfer from a low B string to the high 24th fret the tweeter was very effective. Overall this cabinet is awesome!!!
