i own a 115 and its great. for practice it holds up with guitars drums and singing, and you can still hear the bass, its also good for small gigs. if you turn up the bass and the amp pretty much everyone is ensured to hear it. it gets better low end sound due to the 1 15 inch speaker, but the high end is pretty good as well. it also has some nice options like tones, high, low, and mid settings, etc.

uhm ive had this bad boy for about 2 years now. never let me down! add the sansamp bass driver DI, and you will have tonal heaven!! gunna sell mine right now to get an ampeg 410 hlf and the ampeg V4BH head(little brother to the svt cl. 100 watts tube) just need a bit more power. other than that, its perfect for jam seshs. and small gigs. a must get!!

this amp is frickin' awesome. ampeg makes the best bass amps. this is a great amp for gigs unless your like in an arena or something. i compared it to my old one and my ampeg destroyed it. i think its a great amp and i'm really picky about tone and everything. buy it!!!!!!!!!!
