Bought this as a light for my own parties that I throw at home. Has some nice effects and covers a decent amount of area. Lower power consumption and stays cool like an LED should. (I've actually blown fuses on gigs with halogen lights at houses without a lot of amperage). Only 4 stars cause it doesn't react as well to the beat as some other ADJ lights I've seen but it has the different modes to play aroundwith.
i bought this light for a gig and man the beams it put out.belive me when american dj says something its because its true. the beams are razor sharp. Well i really would recommend this light because it effect. So i guess you decide.
was doing a school dance with a last minute notice and i had everything that was needed all but a scanning light so i was told this was a inexpensive light that had the same effect but i expected for a little bit more it lights well but i wasnt too thrilled with the coverage it pretty much just stayed in a line and spun back and forth but over all it was a ok light the good points of it are that no duty cycles are needed and it doesnt heat up at all along with having hardly any weight to it..
