As its name suggests, the Dual Gem DJ light is a double version of American DJ's best-selling Color Gem. This two-in-one unit projects twin multicolor moonflower effects from each side of the fixture. Casting twice the number of beams as a solo moonflower, the Dual Gem can cover a larger room or area, as its brilliant rays sweep back and forth across the floor to the beat of the music.

Upgraded with modern features, the Dual Gem club light includes an FX switch, which allows it to be operated in sound active, static or continuous rotation mode.

Weighing only 4 lbs. and measuring a compact 9-3/4" x 11" x 4-1/2", the Dual Gem is highly portable and great for mobile use. It includes a hanging bracket and an EZ-Access lamp replacement door.

    I bought this unit for its price, low power consumption and heat output, lack of duty cycle, and no need to ever replace bulbs. The effects it puts out are really nice and look really good especially the strobe effect it is better than you'd expect. However, the effect is very isolated, it does not fill the room with lighted dots the way other, less expensive units such as the vertigo do. Also, the room has to be really dark and really small otherwise the effect is really washed out. I like this unit but the manufacturer needs to keep working to find LED's that put out more light.

    Since i usally DJ small to medium events i was looking for a light that was durable and bright...and if thats what you are looking for this is the light since there our two moon flower beams your are getting two lights in one and since there is no duty cycle you can run it all night long also the patterens are great too with some strobe patterns!!!

    Purchased this light about a month ago and it was a kool ligh worked perfect with the music on its own and the colors really stood out. it was a big hit at the last event but i agree thatit could be just a bit brighter i used it in a school gym and worked ok but all the lights above should be out to get the fool effect if doing a large place i'd mabe advise the Quad Gem DMX it has a wider coverage instead of 2 projections it has 4 either one is a great light both do the same
