The American Audio DCD-Pro310 Dual Tray DJ CD Player is a side-by-side dual deck CD player with a convenient, bright LCD display. Rackmount controller allows placement for easy access to all functions, while the dual-drive player is located elsewhere.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
A. American Audio® hereby warrants, to the original purchaser, American Audio® products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 Year (365 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be valid only if the product is purchased within the United States of America, including possessions and territories. It is the owner's responsibility to establish the date and place of purchase by acceptable evidence, at the time service is sought.
Products identified as a "Blem" or "Refurb" carry a 90-day warranty and are otherwise subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
B. For warranty service, send the product only to the American Audio® factory. All shipping charges must be prepaid. If the requested repairs or service (including parts replacement) are within the terms of this warranty, American Audio® will pay return shipping charges only to a designated point within the United States. If the entire instrument is sent, it must be shipped in its original package. No accessories should be shipped with the product. If any accessories are shipped with the product, American Audio® shall have no liability whatsoever for loss of or damage to any such accessories, nor for the safe return thereof.
C. This warranty is void if the serial number has been altered or removed; if the product is modified in any manner which American Audio® concludes, after inspection, affects the reliability of the product; if the product has been repaired or serviced by anyone other than the American Audio® factory unless prior written authorization was issued to purchaser by American Audio®; if the product is damaged because not properly maintained as set forth in the instruction manual.
D. This is not a service contract, and this warranty does not include maintenance, cleaning or periodic checkup. During the period specified above, American Audio® will replace defective parts at its expense, and will absorb all expenses for warranty service and repair labor by reason of defects in material or workmanship. The sole responsibility of American Audio® under this warranty shall be limited to the repair of the product, or replacement thereof, including parts, at the sole discretion of American Audio®. All products covered by this warranty were manufactured after January 1, 1990, and bear identifying marks to that effect.
E. American Audio® reserves the right to make changes in design and/or improvements upon its products without any obligation to include these changes in any products theretofore manufactured.
F. No warranty, whether expressed or implied, is given or made with respect to any accessory supplied with products described above. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties made by American Audio® in connection with this product, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above. And no warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness, shall apply to this product after said period has expired. The consumer's and or Dealer's sole remedy shall be such repair or replacement as is expressly provided above; and under no circumstances shall American Audio® be liable for any loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this product.
G. This warranty is the only written warranty applicable to American Audio® Products and supersedes all prior warranties and written descriptions of warranty terms and conditions heretofore published.

I bought these decks to practice on at home. I am a club dj and I do mix quite a bit. These decks have now had more use in the club instead of at home. They make a great backup, especially for the new clubs that manage to only order half the equipment to mix on. Honestly I would rather have some pioneer cdj's but...I'm poor, so I make the best of it. I will admit, they are not of the most amazing quality (feel wise) But all in all, they really aren't bad!
I have only purchased American Audio CD players and out of the 3 different ones I have ever used, this has got to be the best one! I needed a dual CD player that was very basic for those events that don't call for any mixing, just music. I looked around at different players and most were way to expensive for what I needed. This player is amazing for the price which helps keep prices of my events down and the quality and reliablity is amazing!!! I would recommend this player to anyone that is a first time buyer or anyone that is just looking for a simple, basic and reliable dual player at an affordable price!
I've had many experiences with club players. They usually last about 2 years until they've just been abused to the point of no repair. When I started building my own studio for archiving, I wanted an inexpensive dual tray player to review my mastered discs. This unit was the worst player I've ever seen. After 5 hours of use, deck 1 would come to a grinding halt in the middle of a track and wouldn't allow you to continue until you powered down and restarted to retrieve the disc. I would never recommend American Audio Products to anyone.
