No bottom end, worthless without a subwoofer

Comments about Alto MIXPACK Express Ultraportable Powered PA System:

I purchased one of these over 6 years ago long before Guitar Center carried them and have never regreted a purchase more. They have no bass what so ever. You would be better off getting something like the Harbinger HA60's or HA120's that Guitar Center sells for $149 and $199 most of the time, as they have about the same sound. I seriously cannot tell you how bad this unit was. Additionally, the included cords are consumer quality, not professional (more like a power chord on a cheap DVD player than a shielded audio cable. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unit...I ended up selling what I paid over $400 for to a used music store (because guitar center Lewisville, TX would not buy it in 2010) for $80...because that is all anyone would pay for it.
