Topnotch 12-channel, 16-input compact onstage monitor mixer.

Allen & Heath's WZ3 12M is an easy-to-use compact mixer for on-stage monitoring. The growth of personal headphone monitoring has led to a huge increase in demand for mixers with multiple stereo mix outputs. Wizard Monitor has been developed to embrace modern on-stage mixing, and joins the GL2800M in Allen & Heath's successful monitor desk range. The mixer allows musicians to easily control their own mixes on stage, while the mixer will also be at home in rehearsal rooms and studios.6 stereo mixes or 12 mono wedge outputs - or a combination of mono and stereo - are fed from 16 mono mic/line inputs. The mixer features the crystal-clear WZ3 preamplifier, passive microphone splitter and 4-four band EQ, with all mix masters on faders and color-coded in pairs for easy identification.

Unbelivable sound quality!!! It allows us to listen to our music like it was being played and not as if it was a computer generated instrament...

Of course it sounds great. It's Allen & Heath. 'nuff said. I do wish they'd laid out the sliders differently. I'd prefer channels 1-4 at the bottom on the board and 9-12 at the top of the board (on the right-hand side). I'd also prefer a little more room for console tape at the bottom of each channel. The color coding of the channels is great, but I wish the black and grey channels weren't next to each other; in a low-light situation they're harder to distinguish than the other colors.

its a pretty good mixer. It sounds nice, but you can't do distortion or any effects for the guitar. Our church has had this for about 17 years and it still works well. It has a few glitches though. The inputs for the cables are pretty iffy. Overall its good
