    this video is amazing i was screaming before this video but after a while my throat would hurt so much and i had to wait a day before i could sing again but after watching this video and doing the practices with the video ONE TIME i noticed an AMAZING change thats just after 1 time my vocal have been on the up and up ever since every metal singer NEEDS this video at first when its over you'll think wtf because you don't think you've learned anything but try screaming after that you'll feel and hear the difference i'm getting the second one real soon and i'm defiantly gonna review it

    The exercises are very easily presented. She helps you visualize exactly what you need to do and that makes for easy quick things to remember. The best thing is that Melissa Cross understands the heavy style a lot more than any vocal coach you can find. Like, no matter where I go (in MA), all the vocal coaches seem to be Broadway people or classical people. I thought Massachusetts would have some decent amount of metal fans, but guess not... You may find some of this a little tedious because it's like "where's the hardcore screams?" I suggest buying the first and second DVDs at once because the second one REALLY goes into screaming in a lot of detail.

    Well I actually bought the Zen of Screaming 2. It answered all of my questions I had. Now I am screaming non stop. If you are looking for something that is really going to help you and teach you the steps to screaming then you need to buy this DVD.
