Pretty good instruction. Tabs are also included so you can figure out note-for-note some of the more complicated licks. Not quite as good as "50 Blues Licks You Must Know", but covers more in the area of slide and rythym. If you really want to study the foundation of blues, I highly recommend "50 Blues Licks You Must Know". The included improvisation theory guide is worth the price by itself.
