Excellent Alesis electronic drums at an unbeatable low price.

The Alesis DM5 Electronic Drum Kit is a fully self-contained 4-piece setup including the DM5 sound module (701700 - see the customer product box on this page), 5 responsive playing pads (one which serves as the hi-hat in conjunction with an included foot controller), 2 natural motion cymbal pads, a kick pedal, tubular support, rack, and all essential interconnection cables.

The DM5 single rackspace sound module contains 540 percussion sounds and 21 pre-programmed drum/percussion sets. All sounds recorded in true stereo at 48 kHz with ambient effects. Dynamic articulation feature enables the DM5's drum sounds to respond to the force with which the pad is struck, including volume, tone, and pitch. Random sample feature brings new life to static tracks by realistically varying the sound of the drum as it is played.

Gives performing drummers looking for a wealth of sounds an easily transportable system and enables drummers to practice quietly.

  • 2 natural motion cymbal pads, 11-1/2" diameter each
  • Kick pedal

  • All essential interconnection cables

Save your money and buy something better!

This kit is cheap in price, yes, but it is VERY cheap in quality. The Alesis Dm-5 isn't bad, but this is the worst Hart kit you can get. The snare mistriggers alot (heck, you can't even do rolls). Save your money and buy vdrums or at least a yamaha or better hart kit.
