fastest way to play w/finger piks

I've used all types of finger picks, but I like Alaska piks the best because (1) I can fingerpik and strum w/o the pick flying off and, (2) It was faster learning to play with Alaska piks because they closedly resembled one's own fingernail shape and position.

never lose a pick

Once you buy this you will never have to go searching for a pick again! It might take some getting used to but your songs wont be interrupted by a pick droping on the ground, into a crack, under something, etc.

A cool pick

This pick really helps when it comes to fingerpicking. It fits snugly and lets you ring notes louder than just using your finger. It takes a bit of getting used to, but it is cool to use.

Change the way you play

This fingerpick is a really different way to play guitar. The feel for strumming and picking is so much different, but can really give you a cool tone and sound. I love using this on acoustic chord playing and on picked parts. Takes some getting used to at first but is very easy to master.

Great for strumming with the Index Finger

I often use an old blues technique, picking out the bass with my thumb and strumming with my index finger. The old plastic fingerpicks would fly off, and metal ones didn't sound good with my Martin. My fingernail alone didn't give me enough volume and didn' match the tone of my thumbpicks. The Alaska pick is perfect: volume's great and it doesn't fly off no matter how fast I strum.
