Perfect!!! For a select genre
These sticks are incredibly durable and they have a nice full, heavy sound that is almost unrivaled. But there not good for the fast accurate punk and SKA drumming like i tend to play. They're perfect for the 80's glam rock and arena metal like tommy lee plays. but other than that i'd pick these over most

These things rock!!
I love Tommy Lee, so when I saw these sticks, I said to myself, "Those will be mine." When I bought them, I realized that they were longer than normal sticks, I loved it because it made it easier for me to reach all my cymbals. Yes, they will get scratched up eventually but, hey, what sticks don't? People even told me they liked them. Point is, if you want to play better and look cool at the same time, BUY THESE STICKS!

Ahead Tommy Lee sticks RULE
These sticks are the end of your search if you are looking for the most balanced and powerful combination. They take a bit of getting used to due to the extra length, but after that, you will find you don't or can't play with anything else. I hightlyyyyyyyy recommend them.

Perfect Sticks
When I first started experimenting with sticks, I noticed that a big part of personal opinion on drumsticks comes from the length of the sticks. When I decided the longer the better for me, I had to try different 17 inch sticks to see which one I would like the most.
After trying about 4 different pairs I decided on these sticks because of the great feel and good looks. I love the fact that only the tapers and tips are changed therefore making it less expensive in the long run.

How To Get "AHEAD\
Are you tired of breaking sticks ? Are you fed up with having to choose between balance and strength ? Ahead has the answer. These sticks are molded in the fashion of one of rock's greatest drummers. The balance and length are great. The durable, replaceable tips and sleeves protect the sticks and your equipment. Light in weight, the sticks also absorb most of the impact, transfering very little shock to your hands and leaving them feeling less fatigued. This is one way to help you get "AHEAD".

Great Sticks
I bought these sticks and they looked so cool and sound so good they have amazing rebound and are a lot easier and more durable than wooden sticks. Now that I got AHEAD sticks I can never go back.

Genuis!!!
I love these sticks. I bit on the heavy side but that makes it better for snare drum rudiments. After a while youll get used to it and not want to use anything else. Plus they got a great color!

Best Rock/Metal Stick You Can Buy!!
I always wanted to buy a pair of AHEAD drumsticks. Hearing that they last long and all of that. I ended up buying these Tommy Lee sticks. These sticks ARE the best drumsticks I have and most likely ever will used. I play rock and metal (like Tommy Lee) and these sticks are more than perfect for me. Now sure you can buy 3 to 5 pairs of wood sticks but use your $30 on these. You can go wrong. They last much longer then traditional wood sticks and in my opinion, feel and play better too. Keep in mind that the covers or sleeves cannot be replaced like on some of the other AHEAD models. These are great sticks and I highly recommend adding them to your cart.
