  • OK cymbals

    I got this cymbal pack for christmas and let me tel you its a good pack for a beginner however the cymbals are really thin. I would not reccomend this if you are a hard hitter. The bottom high hat is not reliable at all and the crash tends to get dirty fast but if you play the lighter kinds of music then this might be for you. The crash has a medium decay kind of bright and its very good for riding.

  • You get what you pay for

    Sure, these cymbals aren't great, but if you need some cheap beginner cymbals, these are for you. These are the cymbals that I got when I started (I'm trading them in for Zildjian's now) and they treated me fine. I've played them almost 2 years and they didn't break or get too damaged. The bottom hi-hat has a little dent in it now, though. The crash is light and has a fast delay and is good for lots of styles. The hi-hats are very puny and when playing jazz have a quiet "chick" sound.

  • The Absolute Worst!

    If I could give these cymbals zero stars, I would! They are the worst I've ever heard, they make brass cymbals sound good. These are made mostly from aluminum, and are very thin. The tone they produce is far too trashy, quiet, bland, lifeless, and just downright awful. I doubt they would last long as they are flimsy and poorly made. If you're just now starting drumming, save up for brass cymbals, don't give in to the low price these offer, they aren't worth it.
