AKG Acoustics warrants AKG products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, and agrees to repair or, at our option replace any defective unit without charge for either parts or labor. AKG grants a three-year warranty covering selected products (C 12 VR, C 414 B-ULS, C 414 B-TLII, C 414 B-XLS, C 414 B-XLII, C 426 B, C 451 B, C 480 B, C 391 B, C 1000 B, C 2000 S, C 3000 B, C 4000 B, C 4500 B, SolidTube) against defects in material and workmanship.
Warranty is valid for AKG products purchased and delivered within the United States for the original purchaser only. The purchaser's Bill of Sale will serve as proof of sale and warranty validity in the U.S. Shipment of defective items to AKG for repair will be at the customer's own risk and expense. AKG will assume the return shipping cost for all items repaired under warranty.
IMPORTANT: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or connecting the product to any receptacle other than specified.

I love this combo! A great condenser mic with great headphones. In case you don't exactly know what kind of awesome deal this is, it's like paying for the condenser mic itself ($180), and then paying only $10 for these $50 headphones. So you're actually saving $40, and when you're low on money and trying to make just a small personal studio, you're trying to save every penny you can. I talked to one of the staff members at guitar center and he hooked me up with this deal so I wouldn't have to go through the whole process of ordering online. Thx Guitar Center. I do think it could be a little bit cheaper, but I mean 80% off headphones is a pretty sweet deal. Also I guess that's what coupons are for. hahaha
This mic is amazing. AKG always lives up to expectations and more. I love the Switchable Bass Cut switch and the 20 dB Attenuation Pad switch. and you can read the better reviews on this mic by clicking on that as an individual item.
These headphones are really great too. They don't hurt after a while and they give pretty decent bass. I'm not talking like top of the line headphones or like a huge bass sound but I've been using $20 earbuds and earphones, the same ones i use to listen to my ipod, my whole life and compared to those things, these are a great upgrade. They're also pretty good for listening to your ipod too.
I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to save even a little bit of money. All in all, I really suggest you try out this mic and set of headphones for yourself. Why get just the mic for $180 when you can get the headphones too for just $10 more!
Also if this is a little far out of your price range, there is a little brother to this combo pack. It comes with the AKG P120 instead of the 220, which I hear is still a great mic, and it still comes with the headphones! you can look it up here at guitarcenter.com.
I would really highly recommend these package deals to anyone or everyone.
