SR 45 Stationary Receiver The SR 45 Stationary Receiver delivers a diversity system, professional XLR and Jack outputs and the SMPS solution. Ordered this from my local GC and it just came in the mail. All I can really say is this is a great wireless mic that provides clear, crisp sound that is under three hundred bucks. Another great feature about this mic is that it only requires one AA battery unlike the expensive 9V that some of the other mics need out there. Definitely be sure to buy one of these!
I've owned 2 different AKG wireless Mic's in recent years and have very much so loved their product. So reliable, and the sound quality is amazing!!! I run a mobile DJ service and I recently purchased the new AKG Perception Mic. Hooked it up before one of my gigs and it sounded great!!! The only problem I had is that my other AKG Wireless Mics i've owned whenever I flipped the switch to on, the Mic was on. With the new perception Mic it takes 4-5 seconds before it actually turns on. I guess the mic needs to sync up with the receiver every time. This drives me CRAZY!!!! Especially since I am used to just flipping the switch and talking, but with this new one there is a delay before it comes on. Instead of trying to get used to it I decided to take back. I'm sure there is a good reason for the delay but I just couldn't get myself to get use to it. For the record AKG is the best out there!!!
got my new AKG wireless set. you need just one AA size battery! It is the "little" brother of the 450 system, has all the important prfessional features and sounds unbeleivable great!
