The AKG C 2000 B/H100 Microphone with Shockmount has superior characteristics including 30Hz-20kHz range, 20mV/Pa, -34dBV0 20dB-A sensitivity, 74dB S/N ratio, and 140/150dB maximum SPL. This cardioid condenser mic is one you'll turn to time and again for all kinds of digital tracking projects. AKG includes spider suspension mount and hardshell case with the C 2000 microphone. Requires phantom power.

Great entry level studio mic

I've used this mic to record drums, guitars, and vocals. What can I say, the mic is great! It's very quiet and picks up very well. It doesn't do as well picking female vocals, but other than that, it's just great!
