These Guitars are junk , I love Peavey Guitars , but these are junk no other way to say it , the locking nut and tremolo are made from a very cheap steel and strip out very easily , I went through three of them before I finally told guitar center just give me my money back !!! << this is what happens when you have your products made in china !!!

I have been playing for 40 yrs. I was playing a party in Tampa when a Drunk fell over my guitar stand and trashed my guitar. A friend owns a music store; I called and met him at the store. He hands me a loner, A Peavey Predator, no set up nothing, just tune and go. After the gig I payed him for the guitar. It is one of the cheapest guitars I ever bought. It has smokin action, super slinkys and a soft light touch. Floyd Rose for less than 3 C. Notes that is always nice. It screams I run it through my 1980's Digitec RP1. For some one who is low on the cash flow this will give you a lot of bang for your buck.

  • For the money you'll love it

I have been playing guitar for alot of years and have own alot of different styles and brands. I picked up the guitar after some research because, I was walking thru the store just touching necks, cause to me thats the most important thing and brands dont mean anything to me and I came across this. I like thin soft necks, and this guitar is pretty smooth. I took it home and did a little tweaking, string height and floyd adjustment and I really like it. To me the strings sucked( I like the extra light), now the pick ups are next to go...dont get me wrong there not bad, just are missing the fullness that I like, but again I spent 200 bucks ya know? The highs are great and clean but the mid to lows arent to my liking. If you want a nice playing guitar with a little work then this is for you, And if your just starting out, then this is defintely for you cause of the price and also its a nicely sound constructed instrument...
